    SureTraxx CITS implementation will vary based on the size of your armored carrier company. Complete program implementation can take as little as 72 hours. We offer personalized training, on-site or online.

  • Will I need to invest in new equipment or software?

    SureTraxx CITS is a web-based program that will work with your existing software and equipment. At the depot, the program only requires a computer or tablet with Internet access. Messengers in transit will need a compatible phone to use our mobile application.

  • How much will it cost to use SureTraxx CITS?

    SureTraxx CITS offers volume-based pricing based on your number of trucks that you operate. Please contact us if you would like to request a quote.

  • How many customers and locations can we service on the program?

    Unlimited. SureTraxx CITS can support any number of customers and locations.

  • How does the program integrate with SureTraxx DT?

    SureTraxx CITS automatically syncs with customers’ SureTraxx DT profiles. As soon as a retail customer creates a digital deposit ticket on SureTraxx DT, the pre-advised data is immediately transmitted to your SureTraxx CITS program, providing real-time digital manifest updates while en route.

    Additionally, once your messenger scans an incoming deposit bag en route, your customers will be notified on SureTraxx DT that their bag has been picked up.

  • How is my data secured and how long is it stored?

    Your SureTraxx CITS data is stored on the cloud and secured with TLS 1.2 encryption technology – the same encryption as the online banking industry and other major e-commerce sites on the Internet. Your data can be stored for as long as you need.

  • Can the program be white-labeled for my company?

    Yes, the program interface can be customized to incorporate your company’s specific logos and branding.

  • Can I use my existing hand-held mobile scanners/devices?

    At the depot, you can use any barcode scanner. While in transit, messengers must use a compatible phone to operate our mobile application and scan incoming/outgoing bags.

  • Can the program integrate with my existing cash vault system?

    If your cash vault system has the capability of receiving/sending files from/to a third-party system, SureTraxx CITS can make accommodations to integrate with your existing system.
